The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Passed Away in an LA Vehicle Accident

The co-creator of Call of Duty, renowned for co-creating the immensely successful first-person shooter Call of Duty, has passed away in a traffic collision in Los Angeles, California aged 55.

The tragic news was verified by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the video game company which he helped establish.

The influential game designer passed away following his automobile collided and burst into flames on a freeway in LA on this past Sunday, US media outlets report.

"This represents an unimaginable loss, and our hearts are with Vince's family, those closest to him, and the countless individuals inspired by his legacy," a representative from Electronic Arts said.
